Easy Fluffy Pancakes with Raspberries & Blueberries

Makes 8 small or 4 large pancakes.
Ingredients
135g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp caster sugar
130ml milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp icing sugar
hand full of raspberries and blueberries
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together (wet & dry) until you have a smooth mixture.
Lightly spray frying pan with oil or butter and fry on both side 🥞
Plate the pancakes and then add berries & sprinkle icing sugar to serve
