Ingredients
1 slice of sourdough bread
Roughly 7 cherry tomatoes
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 Avocado
Fresh parsley
Sea salt
Instructions
Start by toasting the bread
In a bowl, add chopped tomatoes, parsley and balsamic and mix together
Spread the tomato mix over the toasted bread
Then thinly slice the avocado and place on top of the tomato mix
To finish, add sea salt and parsley
