Smashed Avocado Smoked Salmon and Fried Egg Toast Recipe

It's all about stacking! This is a quick and easy breakfast (or brunch) recipe idea that is absolutely divine and ticks all the breakfast boxes.


Ingredients

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread

  • 1 egg

  • Smoked

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 tsp of lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Watercress for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Start by toasting the bread

  2. In a bowl, smash the avocado and add lemon juice and mix in

  3. Spread the avocado mix over the toasted bread

  4. Then place smoked salmon on top of the bread

  5. Crack an egg into a medium-low heat frying pan and slowly fry

  6. Once eggs are cooked, add the egg to the toast

  7. To finish, add salt, pepper, watercress or any other garnish of your preference
